Because we operate on a subscription-based model, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. No Refunds on Subscription Fees
Due to the nature of our subscription-based services, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment for a subscription plan has been processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including if you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription:

4. Changes to Subscription Plans or Pricing
WorkspaceZilla reserves the right to change subscription plans or pricing at any time. If you are on a monthly or annual subscription, we will notify you in advance of any changes to pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle if the new pricing does not suit your needs.
5. Trial Periods and Discounts
If you sign up for a free trial or use any promotional discount, please note that:
- Trial Period: If your trial period ends and you do not cancel your subscription, you will be charged according to the selected plan. No refunds will be issued for charges after the trial period ends.
- Promotions and Discounts: If you use a discount or promotion, you will be charged at the discounted rate. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the discount for future billing cycles.
