By continuing to use the Platform after any changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
3. Platform Description
WorkspaceZilla provides an online marketplace platform for individuals and businesses to list and discover workspaces. Users can subscribe to our platform, list their workspace, browse available workspaces, and use other related services. Access to certain features and functionality on the Platform may require a subscription.
4. User Registration and Account
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by registering with your personal or business information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe that your account has been compromised or if you notice any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@workspacezilla.com.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
WorkspaceZilla operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the plan you select. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.
- Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you choose, and payment is due in advance of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds once a payment is processed.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
- Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to users in advance of the change.
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

- No Unauthorized Access: You agree not to access or attempt to access the Platform by any unauthorized means, including by hacking or scraping.
- Prohibited Content: You will not post or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if you violate any of these terms.
7. Workspace Listings
If you are listing a workspace, you acknowledge that:
- Workspace Ownership: You are either the owner or authorized representative of the workspace being listed.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about the workspace, including but not limited to location, pricing, availability, amenities, and any other relevant details.
- No Endorsement: Listing a workspace on our Platform does not constitute an endorsement by WorkspaceZilla, and we are not responsible for the quality or availability of any listed workspaces.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkspaceZilla from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your listing or any issues related to the workspace.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of WorkspaceZilla or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkspaceZilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkspaceZilla, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or are engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorkspaceZilla operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, unless you opt out as described below. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or other applicable arbitration bodies.
You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkspaceZilla regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision, and any waiver must be in writing.
